About Us

CHAMPIONS is a fun and educational fitness program designed for students of all ages, from elementary through high school. Offered during physical education (PE) hours and extended-day hours of school, the CHAMPIONS program quickly becomes an integral part of a student’s daily regimen.

Focusing on individual learning and development, students compete against their own fitness levels to achieve greater exercise performance and longer lasting results. Our program serves EVERYONE regardless of physical fitness level or personal athletic ability and allows each student to reach their individual goals.

Based on solid principles developed by the TITUS Sports Academy Elite Youth Development Team, The CHAMPIONS program:

  1. Improves gross motor skills
  2. Achieves greater flexibility
  3. Develops posture, balance and coordination
  4. Reduces obesity and maintains fat/lean muscle ratio
  5. Teaches healthy lifestyle habits
  6. Educates about the importance of nutrition

Along with measurable physical changes, our CHAMPIONS show increased levels of self-confidence and self reliance, making them more likely to carry this fitness experience and education into their future where they can be expected to lead healthier and more active lifestyles than previous generations.

The Program

Funded entirely by community help organizations, CHAMPIONS is FREE to participants who are enrolled in the school system. The program develops the five physical qualities of mobility, strength, speed, agility and endurance in a progressive training program that creates physically fit individuals who learn and take with them lifelong principles of health and wellness. The CHAMPIONS program lays the groundwork for daily health protocols.
