About Champions in Delaware

Beginning in the fall semester 2009 at the Police Athletic League of New Castle at Garfield Park, CHAMPIONS powered by Titus Sports Academy will begin in Delaware. The program is currently being supported through a collaborative partnership involving The Police Athletic League of Delaware, The Colonial Education Foundation, The Colonial School District and Titus Sports Academy.

CHAMPIONS is a free, self-competitive program available to any student, regardless of athletic ability, that will be in 3rd, 4th, or 5th grades during the 2009-2010 school year. 30 students from each of the 4 participating elementary schools (Eisenberg, Colwyck, Castle Hills and Wilmington Manor) are eligible to participate.
