So maybe you’re a little more serious about your fitness. Your school now has competitive sports programs and perhaps the idea of being on a sports team is appealing to you or maybe you just want to feel better about yourself? CHAMPIONS gives you the tools you need to become leaner and healthier.

In the fall of 2008, the CHAMPIONS Program was formally implemented in the middle schools during regular physical education (PE) classes, two days a week. Higher levels of activity and program diversity are two constituents that make the CHAMPIONS P.E. experience different from CHAMPIONS after school. Our focus on mobility, speed, strength, agility, and endurance are incorporated into a 4 circuit training program to make students faster and stronger, at their own pace. Not only does CHAMPIONS work on the physical qualities, exercise has also proven to cause students to perform better academically. By the time students reach Middle school; most are already familiar with the programs structure from past experiences, thus making the transition a smooth one. Students’ are motivated and exhibit enthusiastic attitudes toward the CHAMPIONS program. The CHAMPIONS success will continue to aid in the physical and mental development of our youth and young adults.
