Mobility/Flexibility:
Mobility is the ability to perform the widest range of motion in a joint. It is the ability to move the levers of a joint to its maximum range of motion at the greatest possible speed and coordination.
Strength:
Strength is the ability to express force. It is the most fundamental physical quality that determines the efficiency of movement in most physical activity.
Speed:
Speed is the ability of a moving limb of the body with the greatest amount of velocity, and /or is the capacity to accelerate, as seen in sprinting. It is the most fundamental physical quality that determines the quickness of movement in general and specific developmental skills.
Agility:
Agility is the ability to control the body efficiently. Body control is influenced by balance, stability, awareness, reaction, timing, and strength.
Endurance:
Endurance it the ability to last. It is building the heart to sustain repeated intense efforts that are required in a long term physical activity.
